Come join us for a truly unique, one of a kind wellness experience where iLEAP (life coaching) with Erin Kelly, an award winning inspirational speaker and life coach and Onk Nutrition CEO, Kristin Mainella, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator partner together to offer you a holistic wellness retreat that will transform your mind, body and soul. The retreat takes place in the beautiful picturesque mountains of Jeffersonville, Vermont at the Smugglers Notch Resort. Enjoy endless miles of walking trails, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, kayaking and many other amenities.
This 4-day, 3-night all-inclusive including meals (all organic local foods) wellness retreat will provide an environment where you can disconnect from the outside world and be focused on bettering yourself and your health.
